Following Cenosco’s recent partnership with the European software investor, Fortino Capital Partners, the company has started an accelerated growth journey.

We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team and assist in the growth of Cenosco. Reporting to the Marketing Director you’ll be embedded on our B2B Marketing Team to create content designed to reach prospective customers and nurture them through the buying process.

Cenosco, founded in 2000, is a global software company in the dynamic and fast‐growing market for Asset Integrity Management. The Company has a global presence, with its software deployed in 30 countries in about 100 plants. Cenosco employs around 100 people and is headquartered in The Hague, with local offices in Croatia.

Key areas of responsibility

  • The position is equal parts strategy and execution. Being a vital person within our B2B Marketing
  • Team building a content strategy and leading the execution of it.
  • Lead the entire end‐to‐end production of a variety of types of content including blog posts, white papers, one‐pagers, case studies, sales collateral, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Manage external freelance resources and collaborate with internal content and creative teams on the execution of content pieces.
  • Design a Content Strategy that will drive Sales Leads.
  • Day‐to‐day creating and publishing of content.
  • Maintain clear and consistent tone of voice.
  • Increase brand awareness.
  • Work to a world‐class model that elevates Cenosco above other B2B companies and uniquely reflect our brand ethos and value proposition.

The ideal candidate for the position

  • At least 5 years of content marketing or journalism experience.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • Experience writing about technical topics in a way that’s clear and easy to understand.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to work cross‐functionally with a variety of partners.
  • Empathy for the customer. You can put yourself in the reader’s shoes and create content that will provide value.
  • Exceptionally organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration.
